All permit information reported on our Publication is from public
records. The data is collected from a variety of sources which we
deem reliable. Each jurisdiction provides certain details at their
own discretion due to the Personal Information Protection Act.
Information such as telephone, address, contact information or
construction values - may or may not be provided. Permit
applicants have the right to withhold contact information. ConFacts® assumes no liability, expressed or implied, for accuracy of
content provided to its Subscribers.

The information provided on our permit pages is protected by Copyright
and is intended for the exclusive use of our Subscribers. The
information is not to be reproduced, duplicated or modified in any way
except for personal use. Access codes are not to be shared
outside your branch office. In deference and commitment to our
present subscribers who are in compliance, we will seek to enforce our
rights and remedies to the fullest extent allowed by law. Test
names are inserted periodically to verify users.
Privacy
ConFacts® makes
every effort to ensure that your personal privacy is protected. We are
committed to maintaining your confidence and trust and accordingly will protect
the personal information you provide to us via our website. Any
information you give to ConFacts® will be held in strict confidence and will not
be used in any way without your consent; we will not release ANY
personal information to any third party.
Viewing the Building Permit Reports
ConFacts® offers two ways to view permits weekly - PDF and EXCEL formats.
Should you need to download the free readers for either format, you can
do so on the login page. The 12 month Archive issues provided free
with every subscription are available in PDF format.
EXCEL Archive Sets are available as a subscription add-on.
Once you are a Subscriber, you will be emailed weekly when the permits
are available for viewing - usually over the weekend. The
email will include a direct link to the login page. Please contact
our office if you are not receiving this weekly email. Access to
the permit pages is for the period of your subscription only - It
does not entitle you to missed weeks once your subscription expires.
Payment & Activation Process
ConFacts® accepts three forms of payment - by PayPal - by Visa, MasterCard - and by cheque. Once payment has reached our office, you will be issued an online password.
A renewal reminder notice will be sent to you prior to your expiry date, so that
your subscription will continue uninterrupted. A $10.00 fee will be charged for all NSF cheques.
Permits can be viewed online - 24/7 - at your convenience by using your
User Name and Password from any computer. |
